RT-150 High Power 150 Ohm Termination
The RT-150 Termination is for use with the RPR-4000 high power toneburst pulser/receiver. When the transducer has a high input impedance, reflections can affect the shape of the toneburst. Placing the RT-150 Termination at the output of the RPR-4000 will reduce the reflections. The termination has a female BNC connector as the nominal input and a female BNC connector as the nominal output, though the attenuator can be connected in reverse if desired. The maximum allowed voltage for the input signal is 2000 Volts peak to peak. The maximum allowed average power dissipation rating is 50 W, or a maximum duty cycle of 0.5% with a high power 10 kW input tone burst. |
