The newest member of our technical staff, Art joined RITEC in 2000 as our Senior Digital Engineer. His 38 years of experience began in the military. In his career Art has been involved in the development of bar code readers, computer peripherals, fire control systems, access control systems, test automation, and all of the associated software. He is also a Certified Netware Engineer and has experience as the operations manager of a $12 million facility. At present Art is involved in the design of our new instrumentation.

Mike Ficocelli

Mike joined us in 1991 and has been a shareholder in RITEC Inc. since 1999. He has been working with Bruce and Gary in the field of ultrasonics for over 15 years, both at RITEC and at other companies. Some of his primary tasks are: Purchasing Manager (oversees all aspects of buying, receiving, and inventory control), Engineering Technician (prototypes, debugs and evaluates new products), and checkout of finished instruments.

Monique Lavallee

Monique is our office administrator. She joined RITEC in 1999 and has more than 10 years of experience in this venue. Some of her many responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accounting, and administrator of our benefit plans. Typically Monique is the first person you'll talk to when contacting RITEC.

Joe is RITEC's shop supervisor and also gets involved in prototyping, production, purchasing, checkout, shipping, and receiving. Joe has been with us since 1994 and has over 9 years' experience in electronics.

Michael A. Ragosta

Mike has been with the company since 1988 and has been a shareholder in RITEC Inc. since 1999. He has over 18 years' experience in the field of high- power ultrasonics. As manager, his tasks include supervising check-out, production, and human resources. He also is involved in engineering - prototyping, circuit board design, schematic design, evaluation of new designs, and all aspects of product development.
